Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and/or claims, including reasonable attorney’s fees asserted against, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided, or performed, or agreed to be performed, or any products sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless against liabilities arising out of:
(1) Any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with’s server;
(2) Any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party;
(3) Copyright infringement; and
(4) Any defective products sold to customer from’s server.

Webstudio Boston maintains weekly and monthly backups of all accounts hosted on our servers, and we will restore a backup of your site if requested or needed. However, is not solely responsible for the restoration of your data to our server/servers/network.

While we strive to prepare for any emergencies regarding Security, backups and data storage, you, as the owner of your account, should also maintain at the least monthly updates of your backups.

We strongly recommend that you keep copy/copies of your web site and data on your Local Hard drives for emergency purposes such as if a hardware failure and/or data loss occurs. You (the client) are responsible for data restoration in the event our data or restoration files are either corrupt or unusable.

IMPORTANT NOTE: will not give any end user or client backups of their site if your web site is suspended for any reason.
